What You’ll Be Doing:

• Benchmark the Bars Gold Standard sensory program for Lakeville facility and trial in Elgin
• Document and refine the Gold Standard bars sensory program
• Update the bars daily sensory program in partnership with R&D and Quality
• Train and qualify bars sensory volunteers in partnership with R&D and Quality
• Coordinate daily sensory program in the lab
• Partner with center food safety for ingredient qualification and assessment (Food Safety and RMIF)

Education:

• Food science or food safety student

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive and curious attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
