Job Description

A Food Packaging production plant in Long Island is looking for a dedicated individual with prior plant operation experience and a strong background in quality assurance to lead our quality assurance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Your expertise in plant operations and quality assurance will be key in maintaining the consistency and excellence of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality assurance activities across the plant to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare reports on quality performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Significant experience in a quality assurance or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary: $125K - $175K
