Our client seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join their team

immediately, responsible for creating compelling and persuasive proposals for various projects in the real estate and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sectors.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and business

development teams to ensure that all proposals are not only compliant with requirements but also showcase our unique value proposition effectively.

This is a hybrid role onsite 1-2 days a week in the following locations:

San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Seattle.

Duration: 4 months to start, with an anticipated extension\

\ Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze project requirements and specifications to

create tailored proposals.

• Write, edit, and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, coherence,

and compliance with RFP guidelines.

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather

necessary information and insights for proposal development.

• Maintain a library of proposal templates and past proposal

submissions to streamline future efforts.

• Develop and implement effective proposal strategies that align with

business development goals.

• Utilize design software such as PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite

to enhance proposal presentation and visual appeal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a

related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in

the real estate or AEC industries.

• Possess strong skills in PowerPoint.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
