Job Description

We are a small engineering office seeking a reliable and organized Proposal Writer and Graphics Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication (writing) skills, and possess a strong ability to develop effective infographics . The current team includes a graphics designer so your role is more so on writing and providing them ideas for creating infographics.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency in formatting, grammar, and content.
• Writing project descriptions and developing infographics
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of engaging social media posts to promote our brand and engage with our audience.
• Help with updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
• Conduct general marketing research, including digital marketing trends, competitor analysis, and identifying potential teaming opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail: You have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Strong organizational abilities: You can prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: You are skilled in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to create and edit documents.
• Tech-savviness: You are comfortable using various online platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and are capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in similar roles is desirable but not mandatory.
