The Role:

**SUMMER INTERNSHIP**

Customer Interaction : You may be involved in responding to inquiries from potential tenants, giving them information about available properties, scheduling property viewings, and assisting with the application process.

Administrative Tasks : This could include drafting and distributing leasing documents, such as rental agreements and lease addendums, as well as organizing and maintaining records related to tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance.

Learning Opportunities : Internships often provide valuable learning experiences, so you may have the chance to shadow leasing agents, attend training sessions, and participate in meetings to gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and the leasing process.

Overall, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of property management and leasing, while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of a real estate leasing office.
