Our client, a global leading provider in the insurance industry , is seeking a Property Casualty Licensed Insurance Specialist to join their team, 100% onsite , in Fort Washington, PA . As a Property Casualty Licensed Insurance Specialist, you will be part of the customer service department supporting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property Casualty Licensed Insurance Specialist

Location: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania 19034

Pay Range: $27.33/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6-Month, potential to convert to permanent

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets.
• Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking.
• Develop a knowledge of insurance products and effectively convey this information to customers.
• Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain established performance levels while providing superb customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance, specifically with P&C umbrella coverages.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills and the ability to evaluate individual insurance needs.
• Prior experience working in a call center environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence.
• Ability to identify process efficiencies and manage daily activities accurately.
