Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and coordinate with all stakeholders to drive project execution.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Technical Expertise

  • Oversee the technical aspects of project implementation, including the integration of Laserfiche with other systems.

  • Provide guidance on best practices for ECM and BPM solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Laserfiche products.

  • Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.

• Business Analysis

  • Conduct thorough business needs analyses to understand client requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications.

  • Design solutions that integrate with client workflows, enhancing business processes through technology.

• Client Interaction and Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

  • Deliver technical training sessions and support documentation to clients.

  • Handle pre-sales engagements, providing technical insights to assist in solution selling.

• Quality Assurance

  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

• Team Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

  • Work closely with software developers, solution engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills

  • Experience with ECM systems, particularly Laserfiche, is highly desirable.

  • Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency with SQL, Windows Server environments, and basic networking concepts.

• Project Management

  • Minimum 2 years - Proven track record in managing IT projects with PMP certifications being advantageous.

• Business Analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document complex business processes.

  • Minimum 2 years - Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design.
