Production Associate 

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team focused on producing rawhide dog bones. This hands-on role involves operating meat grinders, preparing raw materials, packing finished products, and stacking pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production environment with raw materials, can follow safety and sanitation protocols, and is committed to maintaining product quality and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial meat grinders to process raw meat for rawhide dog bone production
• Load raw materials and monitor grinding operations to ensure consistency and quality
• Package ground meat and finished products according to company standards
• Stack and wrap pallets for storage or distribution
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a cold, raw materials environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Work Environment:

• Cold production environment (temperature-controlled for food safety)
• Physical role involving lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
• Must wear PPE (provided) including gloves, aprons, and non-slip footwear

Pay: 14.00/hourly 

Schedule: 2-3 days a week 8 hour shift 8:30-4:00pm
