Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team in Columbus. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the various stages of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules
- Help set up and break down equipment for shoots
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication
- Support the production team in organizing and managing props and materials
- Assist in research and location scouting for upcoming projects
- Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure it is in working order
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest in film and television production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and production software
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
