Product Owner with CPQ, EMS
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Must be a Local Candidate of San Francisco, CA

Must Have:-

Experience in implementing and managing CPQ and Entitlement Management Systems (EMS) (Preferably SAP CPQ and SAP EMS)

Required Skills:-

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in implementing and managing CPQ and Entitlement Management Systems (EMS) (Preferably SAP CPQ and SAP EMS)
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes such as product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting
• Experience working with business to identify and document business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and discounting processes.
• Experience working closely with technical/Engineering teams, to ensure the CPQ and EMS system is well-integrated with other enterprise systems such as CRM /ERP and billing systems.
• Must have experience with subscription models, software license management, or usage-based billing processes.
• Experience in integrating CPQ and EMS with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow)
• Must have experience in defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, System interface diagrams , user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive process improvements.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Agile certification such as certified scrum master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
