Process Quality Engineer

Location: Golden, CO

Salary:

125-140k base salary

Dental, Health, and Vision Insurance

Projected Annual Bonus of 15%

Summary:

Looking for a Process Quality Engineer to join a rowing team in Golden, CO. We have created research and development facilities across North America and Europe and are essentially looking to reach zero carbon and emissions. This person will be working with solar materials and devices.

Job Duties

• Participate in research and development programs to develop new technologies in the areas of solar and other green energy application
• Collaborate with team members to drive the design, fabrication, deployment, and testing of next gen solar modules
• Support the Principal Solar and technology development team to ensure technology programs are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering require
• Advanced degree in a related field is desirable
• Material science training with semiconductor or solar materials characterization experience highly desirable (especially metrology and QA/QC)
• Experience with complex, multi-stream data management, analysis & visualization required
• Experience with advanced computational and data science topics preferred (for example master data management, AI/ML, relational databases, programming languages)
• Experience with engineering analyses preferred (for example techno-economic analysis, supply chain evaluation/management, manufacturing optimization)
• Ability to work across multi-functional teams and with internal and external partners

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
