Our IT team ensures security, designs strategies, and supports our business goals through enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance activities for PAM solutions, including test plan development and execution. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with the IAM engineering team to define functional and control requirements. Document automation processes, workflows, and policies related to Privileged Access. Develop connectors for applications, databases, and directories to automate PAM solutions. Enhance project planning processes using Jira and facilitate team activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field. 5+ years experience in Identity Management requirements analysis and documentation. Understanding of policies, systems, and process impacts on projects. Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority. Experience with user roles, permissions, onboarding, SSO technologies, MFA, and HR systems like Workday. Additional Information This position is based in Jersey City, NJ, with a salary range of $96,000-$129,000 plus bonuses.
