Company Overview:
Selectek is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a well-established MEP firm in Greenville, SC. This company specializes in designing, installing, and fabricating comprehensive MEP solutions, with fabrication operations based in Piedmont, SC. The role involves providing accurate, competitive project estimates and supporting the project management team.


Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Plumbing
• 8+ years of experience as an Estimator in industrial or construction environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop competitive project estimates for project managers.
• Accurately price project revisions and changes.
• Keep project managers informed of all revisions and changes.
• Collaborate with project managers and assistant project managers to develop comprehensive project proposals.

Job Details:

• Work Environment: Office-based in Greenville, SC, with business casual attire, including jeans
• Remote/Work from Home: Not available
• Background Check and Drug Screen: Required
• Overtime and Travel: Limited overtime; no travel expected

Location: Greenville, SC
Salary: $80,000-$100,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift and Hours: Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
