Job Description
A Plus Plumbing is looking for an in house estimator in Staten Island, NY.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform takeoffs, estimations, & change orders.
2. Prepare a complete plumbing/sprinkler bid that includes material, labor, and other applicable costs
3. Coordinate work directly with outside vendors and subcontractors to compile equipment and subcontract costs
4. Is familiar with an estimation software.
5. Able to keep track of bids and follow up on potential jobs

Salary: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
