Our client, a leading Chrome Plating company, is seeking a Lead Plater to join their team. As a Lead Plater, you will be part of the production department driving the plating process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Lead Plater

Location: ALBERT LEA, MN

Pay Range: $19.00-$22.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Responsible for line operation and processing of work.
• Controls plating processes (cleaning, pickling, plating, post treatments and rinsing procedures) on customer’s products.
• Correlates work ticket information into line processes to produce desired finishes.
• Instructs, leads and directs effort of other production personnel assigned to his/her crew.
• Required to determine and control voltage, amperage, current densities and maintain or adjust as required plating time, temperature and levels of solutions.
