What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operations: Manage day-to-day plant activities, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and timelines are met consistently.
• Drive P&L Impact: Utilize your P&L experience to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high operational standards.
• Empower Your Team: Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production.
• Maintain Compliance: Uphold and improve safety and quality standards throughout plant operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6–8+ years of manufacturing experience (plastics or extrusion preferred), with P&L management experience and a track record of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: Lean Systems training or certification preferred. Supervisory and leadership certification and/or proven experience required. ISO certification experience a plus.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
