Job Description

Ashton Lewis Lumber Company, Inc., is seeking to fill a Plant Security position. This individual will be responsible for patrolling premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion by performing the following duties. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay.

The Plant Security position often requires nights, weekends, and holiday work.

Essential Duties:

• Patrol premises
• Ensure all points of entry and secure.
• Detect any sign of intrusion to doors, gates, windows, or other entry points.
• Notify required personnel when needed.
• Make Checkpoint stops each 90 Minutes.
• Checking Boilers and Dry Kilns and Record Keeping.
• Hours are Rotating Shifts, consisting of afternoons and nights during Weekdays and Rotating Shift each weekend, including Holidays.
• Typically, 20 to 29 hours per week.

Education and/or Experience :

• No prior experience or training. High School diploma preferred.
