Francis W. Parker School is a renowned JK-12th grade independent day school. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Piano Accompanist to support our choral music program for grades 6-12. The ideal candidate will have excellent sight-reading skills, advanced piano technique, an ability to play in a variety of styles, and moderate improvisation ability to accompany choruses. Additionally, they should be capable of coaching sectionals for students in grades 6-12.
Close collaboration with department colleagues is necessary in implementing our curricular goals. Flexibility, creativity, and a sense of humor are highly desirable qualities.
