Physician - ENT Overview Highly respected, board-certified 3-surgeon practice seeking additional ENT to join very busy practice. Call 1:4. Hospital equipped with Stryker ENT Navigation System. Expanding services in 2021 to include Inspire surgical procedure. Practice includes nice mix of senior surgeon as well as two ENTs joining in summer 2021 after completing residency. Competitive starting base compensation Signing bonus of $60,000 Stipend bonus of $2000 per month during final year of training Student loan repayment of $100,000 Full hospital benefits! 30 Paid Days Off CME allowance of $5000 Facility: 217-bed regional referral center located in east central Indiana. The primary care patient base covers 150,000 and the secondary market for specialty services reaches 250,000!
