Job Description
Local family operated business searching for Pharmacy Technicians.
Duties will include:
Operate computerized compounding system
Preparing and dispensing medications under Pharmacists supervision
Weigh and record chemicals included in formulas
Use proper PPE at all times
Follow all safety and USP guidelines for preparation of compounding medications
Follow proper cleaning guidelines of laboratory and all equipment used
Complete and file needed documentation as required by State Board of Pharmacy
Assist in inventory management of bulk ingredients
Practices proper time management
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference given to applicants with Current CPhT license. Also, open to applicants without experience who are willing to train and learn.
Strong Math Skills are required for this work.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
$16-19/hr pay. Negotiable based on experience level and licenses.
