The impact you’ll make

As a PetsHotel Manager , you’ll have leadership oversight of the safety of people and pets and the customer experience within the hotel. This role is expected to provide leadership to the hotel by driving company strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional customer service and efficient execution of the hotel’s daily business. This job will also be responsible for upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy within the store.

What we’re looking for

• Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career.  
• 2-3 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred .
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
