What does a day in the life look like?

As a Pest Control Technician , you will be part of a team of professionals providing world-class integrated pest management services for residential and commercial properties. A successful Pest Control Technician needs to be motivated, energetic, and creative with outstanding communication skills.

Your daily activities include...
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Perform recurring route based integrated pest management services including working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
  • Install and service bait stations
  • Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment
  • Identify and communicate any safety-related obstacles and lead with a safety-first mindset

Qualifications

What does the work environment look like?

We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Ability to work in different types of weather conditions

What do you need to be successful?
  • No Experience Required - Customer Service, General Labor, or Construction Experience is a plus!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
  • Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers
