Reports to: Online Shopper Lead

Classification: Part Time Union

Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $16.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours: Varied hours Sunday-Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients regularly
• Pick products based on a template and carefully pack them for shipment
• Shop customers' orders and deliver to their cars (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
• Maintain a clean and safe store
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate tasks and contribute to a positive work environment

• Passion for providing high quality customer service
• Comfortable with coordinating and utilizing technology
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Physical Requirements:

Frequent:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 20lbs. of force
• Reaching, standing, and turning

Occasional:

• Lifting/carrying over 50lbs.
• Squatting, stooping/bending, and walking

Environmental:

• Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces

**FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

**OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
