Personal Bankers are the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships and protecting the financial security of our clients. As a Personal Banker, you will consult with new and existing clients to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions. This includes opening personal and business accounts and cross selling products and services. This position provides an opportunity to learn what happens at a financial institution, while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people and can maintain confidentiality and diplomacy in order to create a positive client experience. Those who enjoy working as a team to make sure that work is completed accurately and efficiently will find themselves in a supportive environment. If you: strive for consistent, quality work; enjoy looking for logical answer; and have the ability to easily accept change, this may be the job for you. Training will be provided.
This is a full-time position at our Westloop branch, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday rotation, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Wages start at $16 to $18 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
