Job Description
We are looking for passionate, part-time licensed mental health therapists who are eager to help provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children aged 0-14 and their families. This is a great opportunity for professionals who want to contribute to the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health services in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual therapy sessions to children, parents, and families using a secure online platform.
Offer evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
Complete required clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress updates, and treatment plans for each patient.
Engage in weekly case review and team meetings to support professional development and collaboration.
About You:
You hold a Master's degree and are independently licensed in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
You have at least 1 year of direct clinical experience working with children and families, using evidence-based practices to address common mental health concerns.
Bilingual candidates (Spanish-speaking) are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable using technology and open to integrating digital tools into your therapeutic practice.
You must not be opted out of Medicare.
You are passionate about delivering mental health care to children and families and excited about the opportunity to work in a flexible, innovative setting.
Schedule:
We are looking for providers who can commit to 8-30 hours per week, including some evenings. Attendance at a weekly manager meeting (30 minutes) is also required. Additional clinical meetings are encouraged, though optional.

Hourly pay of $65 per clinical session (W2 position).
