Vaco LA is working with a client in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry who is looking for a Patient Experience to help support all day to day Client/Customer operations. Has the Patient Experience manager key responsibilities will include, providing support to client success team, enhancing patient and employee engagement through surveys, and ensure clients have a positive experience. This opportunity is located in Hollywood and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle, 3 days a week. This opportunity is looking to pay between 70k-81k on a direct hire basis. This opportunity will require up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States. Job Specifications; Coordinator patient engagement and client experience Supervisors and train internal staff for all patient engagement Building out patient and employee engagement surveys on a high volume scale Working with clinics and Dr. for all patient engagement needs Traveling to different clinics across the country to implement processes and procedures and help with patient/employee engagement Build and maintain online reputation Coordinate client facing marketing material 5 plus years of Patient Experience managment experience required for role Experience supervising and training a team Experience working in the healthcare or non profit industry highly preferred Experience working with Surveys, preferable in Survey Monkey Bachelors Degree preferred Value and Mission driven Comfortability working in a Healthcare/Clinical and working with patients required for role Comfortability with Travel required for role Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
