G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add an Passenger Service Agent Supervisor to the operations at  Denver International Airport (DEN)

  • Title: Passenger Service Agent Supervisor
  • Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
  • Shift: Day
  • Job Type: Full-Time

**Flight Privileges Available**

The Passenger Service Agent (PSA) Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the PSA team. The supervisor will ensure day to day productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.

What does a PSA Supervisor do?

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of specific shift operation including employee group
  • Maintain accuracy of timekeeping
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Implement safety plan for station
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary
  • Manage work load
  • Properly utilize company and client vehicles and equipment
  • Report all discrepancies to the Account Manager and or General Manager.

What skills are required to Join the Team?

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have at least 1 year of supervisor experience
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
  • Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation

Language Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
  • Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
