Our merch team is growing and we are looking to add another graphic designer.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Merch team. In this role, you will design original, high-quality graphics for a variety of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, and other merchandise. You will work closely with the upload and PPC teams to create designs that resonate with target audiences, follow current trends, and align with POD policies and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create unique, marketable designed products.
* Research market trends, popular niches, and customer preferences to develop appealing graphics ensuring an eye for detail and design styles.
* Ensure all designs meet POD technical specifications and copyright guidelines.
* Collaborate with the PPC team to optimize designs for sales performance (add META data).
* Manage a consistent workflow and meet deadlines for design.
* Continuously analyze design performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Communicate with the team on slack and keep files sorted in Google Drive
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
* Knowledge of Merch by Amazon’s, Etsy, Redbubble, and Printful design guidelines and policies is a plus.
* Ability to research trends and create designs tailored to specific audiences.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
