Job Description

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to support two executives in Manhattan. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting both executives with personal and administrative tasks ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, will be detail oriented, and LOCAL to Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
  • Run personal errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaners, etc.)
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements
  • Reviewing and approving household invoices
  • Scheduling household vendors and overseeing work
  • Overseeing household renovations
  • Travel to Hamptons and Florida residences as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of similar experience with one client
  • MUST be local to Manhattan
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent verifiable references

Schedule: 25 hours per week The Calendar Group
