We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team. If you are patient-focused, sales-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment , this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient consultations for medically supervised weight loss and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Administer weight loss injections (GLP-1s) and IV therapy treatments .
• Perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with regenerative medicine procedures , including PRP therapy, exosome treatments, and orthopedic injections .
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and help implement any necessary state-mandated training.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and provide ongoing support to maximize results.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency .
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation .
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient experience .
• Guide patients toward appropriate treatment packages and services, using a sales-oriented approach to support their long-term wellness goals.

What Were Looking For

• Active Arizona State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
• IV Therapy certification or training (preferred)
  
• Experience in a med spa, weight loss, or wellness clinic (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IV therapy, HRT, and regenerative medicine
• Ability to educate, engage, and guide patients through their wellness journey
• Patient-focused with excellent communication and bedside manner
• Sales-oriented mindset to help patients commit to long-term wellness plans
• Outgoing personality and a team player
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with clinic protocols
• Passion for ongoing professional development and career growth
