*Responsibilities:*
* Implement *behavior intervention plans (BIPs)* under the supervision of a *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)*.
* Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress during therapy sessions.
* Assist clients with daily living skills and help improve social interactions.
* Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for clients and their families.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest standards of care.
*Benefits:*
* Competitive hourly wage ranging from *$20.00 - $28.00 per hour* (based on experience and certification).
* *Paid Initial ABA training* and support with becoming RBT certified through the BACB to help you obtain your *RBT certification* (for those applying as Behavior Technicians).
