Hudson Valley Hospice and Hudson Valley Medical Health Choices are in search of a compassionate, knowledgeable Physician to join our Hospice and Palliative Care team! We would be open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with salary adjusted accordingly. Hudson Valley Medical Health Choices, P.C., offers Palliative Care services in contracted nursing facilities, hospitals and patient homes throughout Dutchess and Ulster Counties. Our Palliative Care Team includes physicians, NP, RN and LCSW providers.

Hudson Valley Hospice and our Palliative Care program are closely aligned with the Palliative Care Fellowship Training Program at Vassar Brothers Medical Center providing scheduled Fellows rotations throughout the year. We offer a collaborative and inclusive environment with a comprehensive compensation package. This includes a competitive salary of $195K-$225K for full-time, access to 403b plan, professional development opportunities and generous time off. *Candidates must be Board Certified or eligible in Palliative Care. *

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Experience:
