Job Description
Title: OT Cybersecurity Specialist
Location: Mobile, AL
Duration: 9-month contract-to-hire
Onsite: 5 days onsite, hybrid flexibility after 3 months
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3-6 years of OT consulting/advisory or technical experience
- Very good understanding of Operational Technology, ICS/IACS, automation
- systems, shop floor processes and requirements in shop floor environments
- IT security professional (certification, references) experience in
- information systems security technology, ideally with focus\experience in
- cyber incident detection and response, is an asset
- Proven (certification, references) experience in operational technology (OT) is an asset
- Very good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Experience with the following OT tools: SCADA systems, Fortinet, NOZOMI, ARMIS, Fortinet
- Must be a team player and have relationship building skills with stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hands on OT technical experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities are driven by the value delivery of the Plant Cyber Support
Services product. The product value in a nutshell:
1. Local cyber expertise at the assigned location
2. Cyber assistance to the local IM Site Relationship Management (SRM) team
3. Business analysis input into the Industrial Cyber Center of Competence
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inject industrial security requirements and solutions into local projects
- Supervise local ITinOT (maintenance technicians) teams security activities
- (SW/security SW maintenance, incident response, change control for Industrial IT,
- Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS))
- Support Industrial cyber security training and guidance
- Communicate plant security metrics and KPIs to local plant and IM leaders
- Provide feedback to local IM product security performance and plant business with insights into Industrial CYBER CoC (CENTER OF COMPETENCE)
- Work with local plant IM team to deliver secure IM shop floor solutions
- Carry out continued identification of shop floor cyber security needs
