**Job Summary:** As an Order Picker at Walmart, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting merchandise from storage locations to fulfill customer orders or replenish inventory for Walmart stores. 5. **Safety and Compliance:**

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with handheld devices and warehouse management systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing merchandise.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and maneuver bulky items using appropriate equipment.
