Job Description

1. Assist in the delivery of products and coordinate with sales orders.
2. Collaborate with internal planning and production departments to lead and control the overall project delivery schedule, shipping progress, and product delivery.
3. Communicate with project clients to coordinate real-time delivery plans and promptly address various delivery issues.
4. Act as a liaison with the project department, quality department, after-sales, technical team, and sales team to provide timely feedback on customer issues, identify problem areas, and leverage internal resources to propose corresponding solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with sales during the delivery phase to update shipping data and sales revenue status.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
