The work: Lead technical workstreams on Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM) projects, ensuring successful transformations or upgrades to Oracle on-premise and cloud platforms. Define the technical approach, strategy, and planning during project design phases. Gather and analyze requirements to develop integration and technical architecture artifacts. Understand core architecture and integrations for Oracle Utilities applications; lead integration strategy, diagrams, and rationalization. Manage tasks, set priorities, and coordinate across teams. Serve as a technical expert, team lead, and mentor for onshore and offshore teams, addressing complex integration and application challenges. Collaborate with Technical Designers to ensure solutions align with overall approach. Perform environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsals, and cutover execution. Support release and migration management through DevOps pipelines. Lead automation teams to improve project and operational execution. Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, ensuring data integrity and performance. Oversee project timelines, risk assessments, and quality of deliverables. Note: Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on project needs and client requirements. You need: At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities and integration projects, preferably in Oracle SaaS cloud environments. At least 3 years of experience with CCS, C2M, CC&B, and MDM methodologies. Minimum 4 years leading teams, coordinating across internal, offshore, and client teams.
