Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize OEM specifications and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct calibration of medical devices to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
• Provide field service support, addressing equipment issues at various healthcare facilities.
• Employ hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand equipment needs and provide technical support.
• Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance, preferably in a medical setting.
• Familiarity with OEM guidelines and schematics for various medical devices.
• Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively on-site.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment related to medical technology.
• Understanding of calibration processes for medical devices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
