About the Role

We are looking for an Online Content and SEO Lead to join our Marketing team and own the management and optimization of Pacaso's website content and organic search performance. This person will lead website content updates, implement SEO best practices, analyze site performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance the digital experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Contently, Builder.io), a solid understanding of SEO principles, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Heap.

What you will do

  • Manage, create, and maintain Pacaso's website, including offers, events, and landing pages, ensuring updates align with our brand and marketing strategy while delivering a seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive and implement SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, alignment with marketing campaigns, and drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and Heap.
  • Partner with SEO consultants and internal stakeholders to implement best practices in content optimization and technical SEO.
  • Provide insights based on data to inform content decisions and overall website strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

About you

  • 3-5 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in managing content via CMS platforms (experience with Contently, Builder.io, WordPress, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content and site structure optimization.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Heap (or similar) to track and report on key performance metrics.
  • Possesses excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as, has a strong eye for detail.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across teams, including marketing, creative, and tech stakeholders.
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Is proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
