Job Description

Randstad Madisonville is looking for a short term accounting associate for a client in Vonore, TN through the end of the year. As an accounting clerk, your responsibilities may include handling purchase orders, keying invoices, and accurately coding invoices. Your attention to detail will be crucial in reconciling invoices and identifying any discrepancies. Your responsibilities might also include creating and updating expense reports, processing reimbursement forms, and preparing bank deposits. Data entry of accounts payable invoices and meticulous checking of spreadsheets for accuracy are integral aspects of your role. The schedule for this position is Mon-Fri 8a-4p.

salary: $14 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
