Position: OB/GYN Generalist
Location: Potsdam, NY
Practice Location: CPH Potsdam OB/GYN Practice
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Call Coverage: 1:4 minimum

Position Overview

• Specialty: OB/GYN Generalist
• Practice Structure: 5 MDs, 3 CNMs, 3 APPs
• EMR System: Epic
• Call Coverage: Required, 1:4 minimum

Candidate Requirements

• Education/Experience: Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board Certified (BC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Reason for Recruitment: Expanding community needs

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $350,000 - $400,000
• Signing Bonus: $60,000 - $70,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Paid CME: $4,000 annually
• Licensing & Dues: $2,000
• Benefit Time: 240 hours per year
• Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage
• Other Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan

Compensation Information:
$350000.00 / Annually - $400000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:
Pay Summary: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
