Job Description

  Now Hiring Security Professionals for a Nuclear Facility in Monticello, Minnesota!

Per Collective Bargaining Agreement 2025 hourly rates

Starting Pay: $20.48 / Hour (plus built in biweekly overtime)

- WITH a raise granted at 12 months and 24 months  with max pay rate to $33.34 / Hour after two years. 

• No experience necessary - Excellent training program
• Must be 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Weekly pay period
• 12-hour night shift position after 12-to-14-week training (1745 - 0600)
• Night shift differential on top of pay
• Must Have Valid Driver's License to Qualify
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening

Start date is Tues, August 12, 2025 - Interviews July 7th and 8th.
