At Caremed Inc., we're seeking compassionate caregivers to contribute to our professional care team of Personal Care Aides (PCA/NA/CNA's) in the Dillwyn - Buckingham County, VA area. In this role, you'll provide essential support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation. Your contributions will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help clients with mobility and transfers. Provide medication reminders. Assist with meal planning and preparation. Perform light housekeeping tasks. Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the RN Supervisor. Requirements: Valid Virginia State certification as a PCA, NA, or CNA. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical strength and stamina for assisting clients with mobility and physical tasks. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
