Job Description

Firstep Logistics and TruBro Logistics trucking companies are searching for reliable Owner/Operator Box Truck Drivers (nonCDL) to safely and efficiently transport dock-to-dock freight departing from the Amazon warehouse in Beloit, WI.

Job Type: Contract
Pay range: $200.00 - $600.00 per day

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Load and unload vehicle, either independently or with assistance of dockworkers; mechanic freight handling equipment may be used where available and appropriate
-Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight
-Securing of freight may be required through strapping or other methods
-Adhere to and maintain all safety precautions while picking up, delivering, and transporting freight between terminals
-Inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions as required by law and company policy
-Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for the safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle
-Perform other duties as needed

Residence in the Beloit, WI area preferred, but not required.
