Private family looking hire a Nanny/House Manager in Haverford, PA!


*This client can offer Live-In for anyone interested. They have a private bedroom and bathroom with a semi private staircase on the opposite side of the house. *


The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a warm, energetic, and highly reliable Nanny/House Manager to join our family and support the care and development of our two active boys, ages 7 and 5.5. This individual should genuinely enjoy spending time with children, have a playful spirit, and be excited to engage in creative and physical activities like building with Legos, constructing with Magnatiles, and playing outdoors. The ideal candidate brings positive energy to the home and approaches each day with a happy, can-do attitude.


Responsibilities include school pick-up and transportation to and from afterschool activities, assisting with homework, and maintaining a consistent, nurturing routine for the children. Keeping the home running smoothly is expected, including tidying common areas, helping keep toys organized, and handling laundry for the kids. The role also involves light meal prep, such as chopping vegetables and preparing healthy snacks or simple meals.


Flexibility is important, as some evening and weekend help may be requested with advanced notice. We'd also love someone open to occasional travel with the family. Strong communication skills are essential, as we value open, ongoing dialogue about schedules, needs, and daily updates. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being active and hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic household setting. No pets in the home.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: - 1PM/2PM-6PM M-F. Can offer weekends and evening hours if someone is interested. 25-30/hours a week

• References: Minimum of 2 References

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35/hour
• Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
• Vacation: 1 week PTO plus 2-3 weeks when family travel
