Position: Loan Processor (Entry-Level)
Location: Dallas, Texas
High Street Capital (HSC) is seeking entry-level Loan Processor candidates who are driven, coachable, smart with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Dallas and Houston teams.
High Street Capital is a commercial mortgage brokerage firm that specializes in debt and equity placement for Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family Properties and construction financing across the US. Our unique relationships with Credit Unions, local and national banks, CMBS lenders, and life companies, allow us to help clients secure loans at lower rates and better terms than they can find anywhere else in the market.
Requirements:
• Experience in loan processing, commercial real estate finance, or commercial lending
• Familiarity with debt placement for commercial real estate, including bridge, permanent, CMBS, or agency loans
• Strong understanding of financial documentation such as rent rolls, operating statements, borrower financials, calculating income and entity structures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with clients, lenders, and internal team members
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy when handling sensitive loan documents and financial information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with CRM or loan origination software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment with competing priorities
• Strong follow-up and time management skills, with a proactive approach to resolving outstanding issues and documentation gaps
Responsibilities
• Administration and tracking of commercial real estate transactions from engagement to closing, and post-closing follow-up.
• Review and abstract details of title related documents, including purchase and sale agreements, title reports, surveys, escrow instructions and related closing documents.
• Due diligence, coordination and tracking.
• Coordinate and correspond with all transaction parties, including clients, brokers, title companies, lenders, surveyors, and/or governmental agencies.
• Responsible for document file management (both electronic and physical files) and maintaining various property databases.
• Prepare estoppel and SNDA’s.
• Coordinate third-party inspections.
• Analyze transactions and prepare executive summaries for offering memorandum.
• Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
• Prepare presentations, offering memorandum and financial reports.
• Review and analyze legal documents.
• Responsible for the timely execution of special projects.
