Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. You will have the opportunity to take some in bound calls and internet leads and pre-qualify them for the best loan program for them. Your current personal production is a bonus, but we will help guide and mentor you to help build your own business.
Skills would include excellent personal rapport building, great service, the ability to express empathy, listen carefully, overcome objections and have fun! Key tasks include evaluating clients' financial information, providing guidance on loan options, and maintaining excellent customer service.
This role is located in Phoenix, AZ, and is commission only.
