Medical Office Manager – Lancaster, PA – pay rate up to $28/per hour

  • Direct Hire as an employee of Company
  • Daylight Schedule – Monday through Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
  • Full Benefits

Medical Office Manager oversees the timely and organized operation of the general services of the Center including scheduling, coordinating templates, coordinating all operational tasks, and assisting the director of the center daily

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care or Business strongly preferred, or Associate’s Degree may be considered with relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience
  • Detail oriented person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure full coverage
  • Manage patient scheduling process
  • Review patient schedules routinely to troubleshoot for overbooked clinics
  • Develop and maintain a patient-centric culture, centered around patient arrivals and follow up activities
  • Maintain correspondence with the Practice Manager concerning personnel, human resource, supplies, and patient issues
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures for the protection of the patients, staff and department
  • Monitor and meet practice specific benchmarks inclusive of point of service and patient scheduling
  • Monitor clinical environment to ensure patient-friendly experience
  • Provide and coordinate maintenance on all equipment used by the clinical staff of the department
