Job Description

Medical Office Manager in Prescott, AZ Full Time Direct-To-Hire We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Manager to lead our team at a busy pain clinic. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to driving the success of the clinic. Essential Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor clinic staff, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating professional development.
  • Manage patient experience and care coordination, ensuring smooth patient flow and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and preparing financial reports for clinic leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and staff training.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of medical office leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong computer, internet, and technology platform skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone customer service abilities.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive, effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public.

This is a Direct-To-Hire position with immediate availability. The hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Interim HealthCare is responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates before presenting final candidates to the facility for the in person interview.
