About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals — from the OR floor to C suite follow-ups. You’ll demonstrate our products during live procedures, guide surgeons on best practices, and help expand the reach of our orthopedic technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the face of MicroAire to physicians, surgical teams, and healthcare providers
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical settings
• Build and grow strong, lasting client relationships
• Provide technical expertise and real-time support during surgical procedures
• Strategically grow your territory through account development and education initiatives

What You Bring

• Previous experience in medical or B2B sales (Medical Device Sales is a plus)
• Solid understanding of orthopedic procedures and OR environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for making a difference
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare, Business, or Life Sciences)
