Switchboard Operator

Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an impressive healthcare company in search of a contract Switchboard Operator in the Indianapolis, IN area! What You'll Be Doing

• Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line.
• Connect callers to the appropriate people and locations in an efficient manner.
• Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from both internal and external customers.
• Utilize multiple resources and systems to access the appropriate information to relay to callers in a swift manner.
• Complete paging requests from physicians and team members as needed.
• Page out to the trauma team for any trauma calls and call out Code Blues on the intercom system at the hospitals.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of recent call center or dispatch experience required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.

Work Hours: 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM M-F with rotating weekends (Overnight after daytime training) Job Type: Contract & 40 hrs/wk
